   Add symbolic link in cmsc12X00-instructors/121/12100-1/pa from paZ to to ../../pa-sphinx/X/sphinx, 
       where Z is the assignent number and X is the the name of the assignment directory in pa-sphinx
   Remove replace TITLE with the title, replace Y with the due date in the appropriate line and then
   move the line above this comment
