README for Animation Demos directory

The demos in this directory are modifications of demos published
by Sun on their website.  The originals can be found at:
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/uiswing/painting/animation.html

I have rewritten the code to illustrate various points about animation
using Swing components in Java.  The graphics belong to Sun, especially
the "Duke" character (I understand they are touchy about "improper" use
of Duke).

This material is here for educational purposes only.  Its use may be
